How to Upload Your First Image
Step-by-step instructions on how to upload your first property image.
Uploading images is quick and easy
First, make sure you are on the Upload Images tab in the top menu bar, you will then be prompted with a dialogue box where you can Drag and Drop your image to upload, or you can click on Browse Files and select the image you would like to upload.
Customize the upload settings (choose your staging preferences)
By default, your first image will be named after the original file and will be automatically assigned to a new property with a temporary name (”My First Property”). To keep your projects organized, we suggest matching the image names with the room types (”Master Bedroom 1”).
TIP: You can freely rename your properties and images later on when uploading is completed.
If your image has existing furniture that you would like our AI to remove, simply check the ‘Remove furniture from image’ checkbox (Learn more about furniture removal)
Lastly, our system will automatically identify your image as either 2D or 360°, but if you notice an identification mistake, you can simply click on the correct image type.
To complete the image upload process, click on the ‘Done’ button. Please do not refresh the page until your image is done uploading.
Next steps
Once your image has been uploaded, it will be sent for processing, which takes between 3-5 minutes. If it takes longer, please let us know in the chatbox in the bottom left corner (we reply right away!)
At this point, you can either upload more images (Learn more about uploading multiple images) or follow the progress of your processing image on the properties page.
That’s it! You’re all set. We’ll send you an email as soon as your image is ready to be designed. You can safely minimize or close the app window.
Following progress on the ‘My Properties’ page
Images that are ready to be designed will show an “Image ready to edit” badge; to begin designing your image, click on this green badge or on the ‘Edit’ button.
Now it’s time to design. Have fun.
