Use these checks when a draft, publish, domain, form, or report does not behave as expected.
The editor is still preparing the website
ApplyDesign does not yet have a usable generated draft. It is saving the listing and preparing the first design, which normally takes about 20–40 seconds.
Keep the page open. If an error appears, select Try again. If preparation continues for several minutes, refresh once and contact support if it still does not finish.

The editor says “Couldn't save”
The latest draft change is not safely stored.
- Select Retry.
- Wait for the status to return to Saved.
- Only then leave the editor or publish.
An AI rewrite failure is different: the existing copy remains safe, and only the requested replacement needs to be retried.

My edits are not on the live website
Autosave updates the private draft only. Wait for Saved, select Publish, and wait for the success screen. Refresh the live website after publishing if an older cached version remains open in your browser.
Publishing is still activating
The new version is stored, but one or more destinations have not confirmed activation. The previous live version remains available while ApplyDesign retries automatically.
Check Settings again after a short wait. Contact support if the same version remains pending for an extended period.

A custom domain is pending
Open Manage and check ownership, DNS, and certificate status.
- For a domain you own, confirm that the exact displayed DNS records still exist, then select Re-check DNS.
- For a purchased domain, review the registration progress and any requested action.
- Allow up to an hour for certificate setup after DNS becomes correct.
If registration failed and the interface says payment was refunded, search for another domain. Contact support if registration information or the renewal safety check still needs attention.

A live image is missing or outdated
- Confirm the photo still appears in the editor.
- Wait for Saved.
- Publish again.
If the image is missing in the editor, add it again from the property photo library. Contact support if a newly published version still contains broken images.

The map shows the wrong place
Correct the property address, review the Location map section, save, and publish again. Use the map's privacy control when the exact address should not be public.

An inquiry is missing from Leads
Confirm that the visitor submitted the form on the live website and saw its success message. Remove inbox filters, check Spam, and refresh after a few seconds.
See Manage property website leads for the complete checklist.

Analytics are empty
Confirm that the site is published, choose a range that includes recent visits, and test using the live website rather than the editor preview.
Tracking can be delayed or blocked by privacy tools. Valid leads may still appear because inquiry storage is separate from visitor measurement.
