Use the Property Website editor to update copy, photos, sections, and appearance while viewing the real website design. Your work remains a private draft until you publish it.
Understand the editor
The editor has three main areas:
- Top toolbar — save status, device preview, undo, redo, history, photos, preview, and publish.
- Sections panel — section order and visibility.
- Website canvas — the selected template and controls for the active section.

Know when your work is saved
Most edits appear on the canvas immediately and save in the background. <Screenshot: Top editor toolbar with the save-status indicator and the Retry action visible.>
- Saved — the latest draft is stored.
- Saving… — a recent change is being stored.
- Updating AI copy… — a rewrite or language update is still running. You can continue editing.
- Couldn't save · Retry — the latest change was not stored. Retry before leaving or publishing.
- AI update failed · Retry — the existing draft is safe, but the requested AI update failed.
Important: Do not close the page while it says Couldn't save.
Edit each section
Click a section to show the actions supported by its template.
Section | Common actions |
Hero | Choose the main photo, rewrite its copy, adjust image position, or change the overlay. |
Overview | Edit or rewrite the heading and description. |
Property facts | Update price, beds, baths, property type, year, area, and open houses. |
Photo stories | Edit story text and highlights, change individual photos, or rewrite all story copy. |
Highlights | Add, remove, and reorder factual selling points. |
Gallery | Choose and reorder listing photos. |
Video tour / 3D tour | Set the source, or keep the section hidden until it is ready. |
Location map | Review the location and choose the permitted address display. |
Agents | Edit public agent profiles and inquiry-recipient details. |
Contact | Review the inquiry form and contact presentation. |

Add, hide, and reorder sections
To hide an optional section, use its eye control or select Hide on the canvas. Its information is retained.
To restore it:
- Select Add section.
- Choose the hidden section.
- Add any required source, such as a video URL.
Drag sections in the Sections panel, or use their move controls, to change the page order. The Hero and Footer cannot be removed. <Screenshot: Sections panel showing drag handles, visibility controls, a hidden optional section, and the Add section action.>
Rewrite content with AI
Rewrite changes only the selected content area. For example, rewriting Photo stories replaces their titles and descriptions but keeps their selected photos and leaves every other section unchanged.
ApplyDesign asks for confirmation before replacing manual copy. The current version remains visible until the replacement is ready. <Screenshot: AI Rewrite confirmation dialog for a selected section, with the replacement warning and confirm/cancel actions visible.>
Tip: Use Rewrite for a fresh version of a complete section. Edit the field directly when you only need to change a sentence.
Preview the website
Use the device buttons to review Desktop, Tablet, and Phone layouts. Device orientation and zoom affect only the editor preview, not the published website.
Select Preview to review the page without editing controls.
Theme controls let you review the publication language, template, typeface, accent color, and MLS-safe preview when available. Template changes retain compatible property facts, photos, agents, visibility choices, and manual content.
Changing the publication language regenerates system and AI copy. Undo and restore changes
Use Undo or Ctrl+Z for recent session changes. Use Redo or Ctrl+Shift+Z to reapply them.
Edit history also lists published versions. Restoring one copies it into the draft and publishes it as a new version. Earlier versions remain in history. <Screenshot: Edit history panel showing draft and published versions, timestamps, and the Restore action.>
