Turn listing photos and property details into a polished, share-ready website. ApplyDesign prepares the layout and marketing copy, and you can review and edit everything before publishing.
You can start from an existing ApplyDesign property, import a Zillow listing, or enter the information manually.
1. Start a new website
- Open My Websites from the top navigation.
- Select Create property website.
- Choose the language visitors should see on the finished website.
The selected website language controls generated copy, website controls, form messages, accessibility labels, and search preview text. It does not convert the listing price, measurements, address, or agent contact details. <Screenshot: Create Property Website dialog showing the language selector and all three source options: Choose from My Properties, Import from Zillow, and Start Manually.>

Tip: Choose the publication language before adding your content. You can change it before publishing, but ApplyDesign may need to regenerate the website copy.
2. Choose how to add the listing
Choose from My Properties
Use this option when the property and its photos already exist in your ApplyDesign account.
- Select Choose from My Properties.
- Find the property you want to use.
- Select it to continue.
ApplyDesign brings in the available address, property details, photos, and related property information. <Screenshot: My Properties picker with a property selected; include the property thumbnail, address, and Continue action.>

Import from Zillow
Use this option when the listing is available on Zillow.
- Select Import from Zillow.
- Paste the full Zillow home-details URL.
- Start the import and review the information when it finishes.
Importing can bring in listing facts, description, and photos. Always confirm that the imported information is current and that you have permission to use the photos. <Screenshot: Import from Zillow form with a full home-details URL entered and the import action visible.>

Start Manually
Use this option when you do not have an existing property or supported listing link. <Screenshot: Manual property-entry screen showing address and property facts, description and features, and the photo-upload area.>

- Select Start Manually.
- Add the address and property facts.
- Upload the listing photos.
- Add a description and features, or leave those fields empty for ApplyDesign to draft them from the facts and photos.
3. Review the property information
The Review step is where you confirm the source information before ApplyDesign builds the website.
Check each of these areas:
- Website language — change the publication language if needed.
- Property Details — confirm the address, city, state, ZIP code, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage.
- Description & Features — correct the source description and add important, factual listing features.
- Photography — choose the hero image, add photos, and manage the gallery.
- Agent Profile — choose the agent who should appear on the website and receive inquiries.
If the price should not be public, turn on Contact for price. <Screenshot: Review step showing Website language, Property Details, Description & Features, Photography, Agent Profile, and the Contact for price option.>

Important: Generated marketing copy can improve presentation, but it cannot correct inaccurate source facts. Verify the property details, claims, agent information, and photo rights before continuing.
4. Choose a starting template
Select Continue to open the Launch step.
- Browse the template list.
- Select a template to load its full example website in the preview.
- Scroll through the preview to compare the hero, property facts, photo stories, gallery, map, agent, and inquiry sections.
- Select Launch website when you have chosen a starting design.
The example preview demonstrates the template’s typography, spacing, colors, and layout. Your actual website uses your listing information and photos. <Screenshot: Launch step with the template list on the left, a selected template, the full-page preview, and the Launch website button.>

Tip: Choose the template based on the complete page, not only the hero image. You can change templates later, but the Settings page shows how many template changes remain for the website.
5. Wait for the first website draft
ApplyDesign saves the listing and prepares copy that fits the chosen design. This usually takes about 20–40 seconds, but a large listing or a busy period can take longer.
The preparation screen shows two stages:
- Saving your latest changes.
- Generating copy and preparing the design.
When the first draft is ready, the website editor opens automatically. <Screenshot: Website preparation screen showing the Saving changes and Generating copy stages in progress.>

You can now adjust the text, photos, sections, colors, and layout before publishing. The public cannot see the draft until you select Publish.
