Step-by-step instructions on how to upload your first property image.

First, make sure you are on the Upload Images tab in the top menu bar, you will then be prompted with a dialogue box where you can Drag and Drop your image to upload, or you can click on Browse Files and select the image you would like to upload.

By default, your first image will be named after the original file and will be automatically assigned to a new property with a temporary name (”My First Property”). You can freely rename your properties and images later on when uploading is completed.

If your image has existing furniture that you would like our AI to remove, simply check the ‘Remove furniture from image’ checkbox (Learn more about furniture removal)

Next, let’s set your staging preferences: you will need to provide a room type (”living room”, “dining room”, “kitchen”, etc)

You can optionally also provide additional design guidelines such as styles and/or room bundles

To complete the image upload process, click on the ‘Upload Image’ button. Please do not refresh the page until your image is done uploading.

Once your image has been uploaded, it will be sent for processing, which takes between 9-15 minutes. If it takes longer, please let us know in the chatbox in the bottom left corner (we reply right away!)

At this point, you can either upload more images (Learn more about uploading multiple images) or follow the progress of your processing image on the properties page.

That’s it! You’re all set. We’ll send you an email as soon as your auto-staging result is ready to be viewed. You can safely minimize or close the app window.

Any auto-staged images that are ready to view will show a “Render ready to view” badge; to view the result click on this green badge or on the ‘View’ button.
