I am Having Issues with the Editor

  • Q: How do I rotate a piece of furniture?
  • A: You can either press and hold the furniture with the right mouse button and drag it, or you can click on the furniture and change the Rotation property in the left panel.

  • Q: Environment mapping did not recognize an obstacle.
  • A: In some cases, our AI does not recognize an obstacle in the room. Please send us a message via the Chat with a link to the image, and we will re-process it once we see the message. 😊

  • Q: The design is not loading; editor sits there for a long time.
  • A: Please refresh the page.

  • Q: I'm trying to place furniture in a second room, but the system doesn't understand it.
  • A: In some cases, our AI doesn’t recognize that there’s another room in the space; in this case, we will need to edit it manually. Please send us a message via the Chat with a link to the image, and we will re-process it once we see the message.

  • Q: The render result looks weird, and the furniture placement is off; what should I do?
  • A: Please click on the render button again; it should work. If it doesn’t, please contact us via Chat.

  • Q: I am having trouble placing an object onto shelves.
  • A: In some cases, our AI does not recognize shelves; in this case, we will need to edit it manually. Please send us a message via the Chat with a link to the image, and we will re-process it once we see the message.

  • Q: Once you hit render, can you still edit?
  • A: Sure, all you need to do is click on the continue editing button, and you will be directed back to the editor.

  • Q: Can I place a piece of furniture behind a different one?
  • A: To efficiently design your room, we recommend starting from the back to the front.

  • Q: I accidentally rendered the image before finishing editing it.
  • A: You have endless revisions; please click on the continue editing button, and you will be able to re-edit the image.

  • Q: It takes me a long time to find individual items.
  • A: There are multiple ways to reduce your search time.
  1. You can reduce your search time by filtering furniture by sub-category.
  1. You can locate them by name via the search line.

  • Q: I just uploaded my first image for a test, and the scroll bar to the left does not work.
  • A: Try using google chrome.
